If I could give this place no stars I would trashy smelled like marijuana in the room when I got there. nobody was there to switch my rooms instead when I checked out the manager Dash owner person was very rude to me told me she was keeping my deposit because the room smelled like marijuana. I informed her it does not smell like marijuana. nobody smokes, marijuana and she said oh well I’m keeping your deposit. Please leave my property. Worst experience of my life I stay and plenty of hotels no problem usually five star hotels I stayed here because it was a cheap easy place to stay for the night to rest my head while working in town.

This place just robbed my parents for their MONEY! Very rude staff especially over the phone when my mom tried to cancel our rooms she put my mom on hold just to CHARGE my moms card! I highly recommend y’all not to book here just completely horrible, basically robbed my parents of $200, their own HARD WORKING MONEY! Now they won’t even pick up the phone after they hung up on my mom without giving her any explanation. WHAT A SHAME!

This is our second night here. We brought the family.. 2 adults and 3 kids. I am up at 1:30am writing this. I hardly slept last night.. and here goes the second night. The beds are some of the worst beds I have ever slept on. My head is literally 4 inches lower than my feet. The beds are horrible and so uncomfortable. Period. This is nothing compared to how thin the walls are. The doors between bedrooms do not shut out sound with the thick gaps around the doors between rooms. We hear everything.. and I do mean everything. It's labor day weekend. So we aren't surprised nor bothered about people staying up late around us.. however my 4 year old keeps waking up and my year old is tossing and turning because of the noise. Just the neighbors talking is too loud. We can hear every noise in the bathroom. We can literally hear every word of their conversation. The other side sounds like they are playing music from their phone. It's literally loud every where around us because of how thin the walls are. Shower soaked our floor.. with no soap offered to wash our hands. Fold out couch was very dirty and had bugs in the sheets that my 12 year old decided to pass on the idea and snuggle up with the littles instead. The outdoors are super cute. Love the pool and playground with bbq pits and benches. Really wanted to enjoy this place but have to go to the convenient store for coffee in the morning after being kept up all night. Prepare yourself ahead of time to bring ear plus and your own hand soap. Staff seems nice.. but haven't been asked if we need new towels.. so since there are no phones in the rooms.. looks like I will have to go drive to the front desk and ask for some. Really was excited about this place.. since we have stayed at almost every single other location on the island. Will definitely not be visiting again unless I hear they have new beds and better sound proof walls. It's just not worth over $200 a night.. I'm so disappointed.

Horrible HORRIBLE PLACE. These people basically just ROBBED US out of our money!!!! $200 That we CAN NOT get back. We decided to ask about canceling, because something came up, they put us on hold, while on hold they charged OUR CARD cause we told them we were thinking about canceling!!! Granted we booked WEEKS AGO, we decided not to go and they basically told us "Oh Well" and BOOM charged us anyways. What makes it even worse, we told them ok fine, we'll go. The lady said NOPE, to late. So not only are we out of OUR HARD WORKING money, we cant even use the room either. We were going for a family reunion and now we're out $200 and rooms for the weekend. My family books here a lot. Looks like we're going elsewhere from now on. BEWARE OF THEM STEALING YOUR MONEY GUYS. NEVER AGAIN!!!! And YES it is ROBBERY when you TAKE OUR MONEY AND WILL NOT let us use the rooms after all. ROBBERY!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE and I love y'all's copy and paste replies. Shows even more how you run things there

That staff was awesome the rooms were very clean . There was no plug in the bathroom, and our shower curtain was way too small, so shower water was everywhere. They did adress the issue. Online, it say they offer breakfast, and that's far from the TRUTH. There isn't even a COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM🙄 It's a wonderful location close to everything Update For some reason, it wouldn't let me respond to your message if you look at the pictures on Google Maps. When you Google your location, it shows pictures of your breakfast spot. By no means was this review meant to harm. Just allow others to know there's no breakfast of coffee machines in the rooms, maybe update your photos on Google. We did enjoy our stay. However, those were the negatives. Your staff was amazing and friendly and your motle was very clean.

this is our one place we will ever stay. we've stayed here several times with just us and a group. Every time has been excellent. very clean rooms, cold ac and the location is exactly where we want. not far from anything. we actually love walking around the island and this was a great spot. it has always felt safe. we've never had any issues with other people staying, no problems with staff at all, they've always been friendly with good service. we enjoy the breakfast and the pool. Always reasonably priced. we are heading back next week July 10-16th and looking forward to leaving another goods review!
